Supplies for Your Festival Checklist

Festivals are something that brings tens of thousands of people together in one area in all sorts of places around the world every year. And usually, they’re events that create an atmosphere unlike anything else. People are happy, positive, excited to see their favorite bands, and generally adventurous during their stay at the festival.

Some festivals even have campgrounds outside of the festival grounds to create an unforgettable experience while also reducing lodging costs for attendees who may have already spent hundreds of dollars on the multi-day ticket itself.

And to me, that’s the best part: camping among thousands of other attendees who are there for the same reason as you.

One little known secret, however, is to take packaging supplies to whatever festival you’re camping out at. And we want to let you in on that secret and which supplies are the handiest when setting up your camp or just using the items as you party and relax during the festival’s duration.

Packaging tape.

Whether you’re using this to keep canopy tents secured to one another or trying to make a sign that’s attached to a part of your campsite (like vehicle or flag), tape comes in quite a bit of handy. Besides, you’ll never know when you could need tape in a pinch.

Clamps.

These are amazing for connecting canvas sheets to an EZ up tent to allow for proper air flow while still giving your site some shade and privacy. Additionally, they can clamp onto parts of your vehicle if you’re wanting to raise a camp flag. Just as well, they can hold things down to your table when cooking or grilling in the off chance that a breeze is becoming pesky and blowing things off the table.

Boxes.

You may be surprised to see this on the list, but cardboard boxes are so useful in campsites. You can use them for storage. You can break them down to use as kindling. You can even break them down and line them up on the grass as a makeshift mat to keep your feet off of itchy grass or weeds. Just make sure that you get boxes out of the way when rain happens to hit unless you’re keen on picking up wet cardboard and never being able to use it again.

No matter which festival you end up going to this year, make sure to put these different packaging supplies on your list of things to take because they are extremely useful and versatile.
